The Contract awarded under this Bid will obligate the Contractor and sub-contractors not to discriminate in employment practices and will subject said Contractor and/or sub-contractors to the Equal Opportunity clause included in this contract.

SCOPE

The successful Bidder shall provide the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, chemicals, supplies, and incidentals for complete janitorial services at the following locations on Airport property including all concourses, all terminals, all administrative and other office areas, all interior public areas, gate hold areas, and airport-owned jet bridges, exterior sidewalks and medians, TSA areas, Federal Inspection Service public areas, short term parking garage with two pedestrian bridges to terminals, taxi lounge and taxi areas, AARF facility, terminal maintenance building, Airfield Maintenance building, Transportation Center, Downtown Heliport, as well as any additional areas that the NOAB prescribes through the course of the Contract.

SLDBE GOAL:
The New Orleans Aviation Board has established a State and Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (SLDBE) participation goal of at least 32.07% on this contract.  DBE forms can be found on our DBE Page

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the Aviation Board Room on the mezzanine level, above Concourse C, at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 2:00P.M. (Garage parking tickets will be validated).
