Below is an excerpt from the Tenant Improvement manual that addresses the process for reviewing proposed projects by the tenants. Tenants must submit a Concept Proposal Information Sheet for review.

 

From the Concept Proposal Information Sheet, the Planning and Development department determines the type of project and what additional submittals are required by the tenant.

 

The excerpt also includes the Tenant Project Application Form that accompanies the additional submittals.
