Request for Qualifications: The City of New Orleans (the "City”) by and through the New Orleans Aviation Board ("NOAB”) desires to obtain New Terminal Development Financial Feasibility Study..
As provided below, and incident to Federal Aviation Administration
("FAA”) Advisory Circular 150/5100-14D as may be amended from time to
time, City Charter Section 6-308(5) and Executive Order MJL 10-05, the
City by and though the NOAB requests qualifications from experienced
firms to provide the needed services.
Description:
NOAB desires to engage a qualified, experienced firm to provide the full range of professional services for the financial feasibility of the Long-Term Airport Development program being developed at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.

DBE Participation: The NOAB has set a federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of at least 35.34% for this contract.
Submittal Delivery:
Applicants shall submit the following to the Department of
Finance/Bureau of Purchasing, Attention: Chief Procurement Officer
(CPO), City Hall, 1300 Perdido St., Room 4W07, New Orleans, LA 70112 not
later than June 26, 4:00 PM.
Offeror shall provide one (1) original plus ten (10) hard copies of the qualification statement in a sealed envelope, marked New terminal Development Financial Feasibility Study and one (1) digitally signed qualification statement in Microsoft Word format or as a PDF file, marked New terminal Development Financial Feasibility Study.
