Airport's tri-annual emergency exercise. Next, Chef Edgar Chase tells us about
Ochsner’s Eat Fit NOLA program and how it is helping passengers eat healthily
while traveling. Later, we visit with Troy Simon, Assistant Port Director, to
learn about the role of Customs and Border Protection at the Airport. After
that, Eric Friedman discusses what it means to be selected as one of Airport
Business Magazine's Top 40 under 40 honorees. Lastly, we sit down for an
interview with New Orleans Aviation Board Member Todd Francis.
