The final wrap-up of our exciting $300+ million Capital Improvement Program is underway. Most of the construction is complete or in the closeout stage of the construction process. We appreciate the patience of our passengers, vendors and friends who dealt with the inconvenience of construction. From new finishes to new spaces, we are proud of the final results of our efforts. Projects in Design	There is one project in the design phase - MSY Airfield Electrical Improvements Program.
Projects in Procurement	Currently, there are no projects in the Procurement Phase.
Projects in Construction	The airport currently has 3 projects in the construction phase.
Projects in Closeout	These are the projects that are in the final phase of completion. Currently, there are 10 projects totaling nearly $168M.
Projects Completed	We have completed 13 projects with an estimated aggregate project value of $31M.
