This form is required if a sponsor needs to add, remove, or reinstate driver privileges for an employee. Fees may be associated as well as training.

This document outlines the procedures for auditing knives used in food preparation within sterile areas of the airport. Concessionaires, restaurants, or vendors must account for all knives after each shift to prevent security risks. The audit must be documented and available for review by TSA and Airport Security. Any missing knives must be reported immediately to AVCOM.
This form must be attached to each shift’s knife audit report and includes a detailed description of every knife. Any lost or unaccounted-for knives must be reported immediately to the AvCom to ensure security compliance.
