Register as a Supplier

Companies wishing to do business with the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport must register with the City of New Orleans in the BRASS Supplier Portal. A step-by-step guide on registering as a supplier can be found at nola.gov.

Submit an Invoice

In addition to supplying invoices to your point of contact at the airport, all invoices must also be submitted for processing through the BRASS portal. A step-by-step guide for submitting an invoice can be found at nola.gov.

Request Assistance

All Suppliers/Vendors seeking assistance in the BRASS Supplier Portal, should complete the Supplier Assistance Request Form.
