 The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) remains open and operational following the impacts from Hurricane Francine. There was no significant damage to the terminal facility and runways. Airlines are gradually resuming operations. While there are still several flight cancellations, most airlines will resume normal operations by the early afternoon.
