Military Lounge Donations

MSY is accepting donations of prepackaged snacks, drinks or toiletry items for its Military Lounge, which provides active-duty military members and their dependents a place to relax and refresh before or after their flight. In the lounge, service members enjoy free snacks and drinks, comfortable seating, charging stations and luggage storage.

The Military Lounge is located pre-security on Level 3 Ticketing across from the Alaska Airlines Ticket Counter. It is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week and is staffed by volunteers from the community.

In the first month of operation, over 800 military personnel visited the lounge. The success of the lounge depends on the generosity of our volunteers and items donated from the community.

To make a donation, please contact Cherry Blackwell by email at [email protected]. Our team can coordinate pick up or drop off Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

We are currently only accepting prepackaged snacks, drinks or toiletry items. We cannot accept cash donations at this time.
