Ride app services pick up passengers outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim on the middle curb.

KREWECAR – rideshare redefined.  

Lighten your load – ride with KreweCar.  We provide car seats for your family adventures.  Traveling without kids?  That’s no problem.  Our drivers keep their cars clean and are the most thoroughly vetted rideshare drivers – background checks and drug screens are required. 

How it works:

1. Download the KreweCar rider app. Reserve your ride with KreweCar when you are planning your trip and booking your flight.  All rides with KreweCar are booked in advance. Rides can be booked anywhere from 6 hours to 2 months in advance.  
2. Put in the ride request information. 
3. A driver will accept the ride.  Your flight is tracked based on the flight information you provide, so your driver will know if your flight is early or delayed and will be there on time. When the driver is on the way, you will be able to see his or her photo and license plate number in your app. 
4. KreweCar riders should exit Doors 9-11, cross the walkway to the middle curb, and be ready for pick up by the KreweCar sign at the end of the rideshare lane. 

Safety Tips: When using any ride app service, ensure that you are getting into the right car by following a few simple steps. Always be sure that the automobile’s license plate, make and model, and driver photo match the information provided in your app. Ride app services can only be requested through the app, so never get in a car where the vehicle’s appearance or driver’s identity doesn’t match the information displayed in your app.

*A parent or guardian must be present in the vehicle with any minors.  Parents/Guardians are responsible for selecting the appropriate car seat for their child (ren) in addition to securing the child (ren) in the car seat, ensuring the proper installation and position for the child (ren).

Lyft Fast Match is available at MSY.

How it works:

1.  Enter your destination, and request a standard Lyft ride.

2.  If available, you’ll see a new screen pop up in your app. Tap Get code to get your unique four-digit code.

3.  Follow the directions and join the Lyft Fast Match line. (A friendly Lyft ambassador will be there to assist you.)

4. When you get to the front of the line, show your code to the driver. Once you’re matched, hop in, and be on your way.

How it works:

1. Request an UberX trip to receive a 6-digit personal identification number (PIN).
2. Walk to the Uber pickup zone, and join the line.
3. Share your unique PIN with the first available driver.
4. Verify vehicle and driver details before you get into the vehicle.

For non-Uber X requests, request when you have your bags and are ready to go. You will meet your driver on the middle curb outside of Baggage Claim at Zone 3. Verify vehicle and driver details before you get into the vehicle.
