Properties Available for Lease

The following properties are available for lease by the New Orleans Aviation Board (NOAB).  If you are interested in leasing any of these properties, please download the Notice of Availability and associated appendices, complete the required application form for each property of interest, and return the forms to the NOAB via the email address provided. Applications will be considered on a “first come, first served” basis.

Building #8, Bays A-E, has been recently vacated.  Building #8, Bays A-E, is located on Crofton Road in the Lafon Airpark of the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. The facility is zoned AH-I, Aviation  Heavy Industrial District. The building contains a total of 63,000 square feet of space, including 2,600 square feet of finished interior office space. The appraised fair market value (FMV) for the facility is $2.00 – $2.50 per square foot triple net.
