The New Orleans Aviation Board, an unattached board of the City of New Orleans, solicits Proposals for the operation of non-exclusive car rental concessions (“Car Rental Concessions”) at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (the “Airport”). Through this RFP, the Board intends to award Car Rental Concessions to be operated within the CONRAC and the Service Centers, resulting in a Car Rental Concession and Lease Agreement (“Concession Agreements”). The term of the Concession Agreements (the “Term”) will begin on the Effective Date, and shall terminate upon the 5th anniversary of the Commencement Date. As outlined in the attached Car Rental Concession and Facilities Lease Agreement, the Board will have one (1) additional two-year option to renew the Agreement.
