NEW ORLEANS – Today, the American Airlines team at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) was presented with the Customer Cup, a quarterly award that recognizes the team with the strongest performance in customer experience. The New Orleans team outperformed 26 other like-sized airports in the categories of departure dependability, baggage performance, customer feedback and overall airport experience.

American Airlines’ MSY team previously earned the Customer Cup in 2013. American Airlines is the third largest airline at MSY with service to 7 destinations including Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.
