The Airport Master Plan is a detailed study that looks at all parts of an airport and creates a concept for development over the next 20 years. It outlines specific growth phases based on passenger activity projections and helps determine the best strategy for building the infrastructure necessary to meet the Airport’s future needs.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) suggests airports update their master plans every 7 to 10 years to stay current, and once complete, this plan will provide the Airport with a roadmap to align with evolving aviation industry trends, enhance operational safety, and contribute to regional economic development.
