The Airport Security Badge Office observes the following holidays set by the City of New Orleans City Council:

- Indigenous Peoples’ Day

Important Information for Employees Visiting the Badge Office
To help us serve you quickly and efficiently, please follow these guidelines when visiting the Badge Office:
- Check-In First: All employees must check in with the Greeter upon arrival.
- Have an Appointment?
- If your name is not on the appointment list, you’ll need to show your appointment confirmation to the Greeter.
- If your appointment cannot be confirmed by the Greeter, you will not be allowed to enter and will need to reschedule.
- No Appointment Needed For:
- Returning a badge
- Replacing a lost badge or key
- Getting help with a badge that isn’t working
- Ready for Your Appointment?
Once the Greeter confirms your appointment and lets you proceed, please ring the doorbell at the Badge Office for service. - Badging Process:
There are two service stations inside the Badge Office. Each applicant is helped one at a time at either Station #1 or Station #2.

Required Training
All training courses can be accessed at https://msy.iet-ls.com. You will need to successfully complete the required training courses to receive credit.

Schedule an Appointment
The Airport Security Badge Office and Training Center will no longer accept walk-ins. Individuals must schedule an appointment for all badging and training needs with the exception of Lost / Stolen ID Badges.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID:
The List of Acceptable Documents from Form I-9, published by USCIS, is the source for documents we may accept.
Employee Documents
The documents below apply to all employees, airlines, tenants, vendors, concessionaires, permit holders, government organizations, or another person’s that work at, operate at, lease, conduct business, or otherwise have access to the Airport.
